There is a gold trophy for acquiring every weapon in the game, and a silver for fully upgrading a weapon, which is pretty standard fare. Those may be missable, but we can't say for sure right now. There is the usual assortment of trophies tied to story progression, which are straightforward enough, and others that require specific actions to be taken at key points in the game.
